BCK Support Plans are designed to provide strategic website updates, performance insights, and ongoing content support. However, there are a few services that fall outside the scope of these plans:
- Full Website Redesigns
Large-scale design or structure overhauls are considered new projects and are quoted separately. - New Website Builds
Building a new site from the ground up is not included in support and would be scoped as its own project. - Paid Ad Management or Social Media Marketing
While we help you track SEO and trends, we do not manage paid advertising campaigns or social media content under support plans. - Extensive Brand Consulting

Support hours do not roll over from month to month. To stay consistent and fair, each month’s hours are intended to be used within that month.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
No problem. Any extra time is billed at the hourly rate associated with your support plan. This rate is discounted for “Help Me Out” and “Have My Back” plan members.
How do I submit a support request?

Do I get reports with every plan?
Only “Help Me Out” and “Have My Back” plans include detailed monthly SEO and trend reporting. The “Keep It Runnin'” plan includes essential analytics but not in-depth data.
