What Is A Check-In?
A check-in is a relaxed, one-on-one meeting with BCK where we take time to focus on your business and your website. Whether you have questions about SEO, need help with updates, or just want to talk through new ideas, this is your space to do that. We do these check-ins to stay in touch, understand your goals, celebrate your wins, and hear any concerns you may have. Most importantly, it helps us learn how we can better support you and continue to improve your experience with BCK.

How do I choose between a 30 minute or 1 hour session?
If you have a few quick questions, need light updates, or just want to touch base, the 30-minute session (A Quick Chat) is a great fit. If you’re looking to dive deeper into strategy, explore new ideas, or review multiple areas of your site and business, the 60-minute session (Support & Strategy) allows for a more in-depth conversation. Choose what feels right for where you’re at — and we’re happy to guide you if you’re unsure.
